Founder, Principal Analyst & Certified Public Adjuster
With over 30 years spanning construction, insurance adjustment, and aviation operations, Jason brings a unique multi-disciplinary perspective to diminished value analysis. His career began in residential construction as owner of CBI (2008-2012), where he developed firsthand knowledge of property damage assessment and repair cost estimation.
Transitioning to insurance work (2012-2015), he earned licenses as both a Personal Lines & Commercial Adjuster and Public Adjuster, gaining critical insight into how insurance carriers evaluate claims and calculate settlements—including the infamous 17c formula many carriers use to minimize diminished value payouts.

Forseti Restitution Partners was founded on the principle that attorneys deserve rigorous, defensible diminished value documentation—not vague estimates. Every report undergoes three-source verification, proprietary classification, and strict adherence to USPAP standards. Our goal: arm your legal team with data that withstands scrutiny in mediation, arbitration, and trial.
Every Forseti report begins with our proprietary Case Evaluation Audit ($150 value), included at no additional cost with any report tier purchase. This multi-source investigation pulls vehicle history from CarFax®, AutoCheck®, and NICB VINCheck, synthesizing data into a preliminary risk classification.

Should you wish to assess case viability before selecting a report tier, the standalone Case Evaluation Audit may be purchased individually for $150.00. Should you proceed to any report tier after your standalone evaluation, the $150.00 fee is credited to your account for application toward future Forseti service purchases.
Note: If you purchase a report tier and later elect not to proceed, a credit equal to the amount paid less $150.00 will be issued to your account. All credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and expire after 24 months.
Based on the risk classification and case complexity, our analysts recommend an appropriate report tier. All reports are USPAP-compliant and designed for attorney-grade use in negotiations, mediations, and litigation.
Enterprise pricing requires qualification and applies to firms filing multiple reports quarterly. Rush processing available for an additional 50% of base price.
Forseti analysts stand ready to provide sworn testimony via deposition, video conference, or live courtroom appearance. All expert witness engagements require a 72-hour escrow retainer prior to scheduling and are billed separately from report fees.
Court-ready affidavits ($250 Standard / $150 Enterprise) may be ordered alongside any report tier, providing a sworn statement that bolsters your discovery submissions.
We operate under Arizona state law with binding arbitration, strict liability caps, and comprehensive indemnification protections.
Any dispute arising from Forseti services shall be resolved through binding private commercial arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona. A single neutral arbitrator experienced in commercial contract law manages the proceeding, with judgment enforceable in any Arizona court. Class action lawsuits are expressly waived.
This framework keeps disputes out of public court records, protecting your client's case strategy and our proprietary valuation methodology from unnecessary discovery.
Forseti's maximum aggregate liability for any claims arising from reports or analyses shall not exceed the exact monetary price paid for that specific engagement unit. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost legal fees, dismissed claims, or judicial liens.
Clients agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Forseti Services LLC from actions instituted by underlying litigants, opposing insurers, or third-party beneficiaries engaging the reconciliation data.
By using Forseti services, you agree to our comprehensive Terms of Service including account credit policies, expert witness terms, and intellectual property protections.
