Forseti Services LLC, doing business as Forseti Restitution Partners, provides comprehensive audits and hybrid diminished value reports exclusively to licensed attorneys representing claimants in insurance disputes.

That crew chief role is past experience, not current employment.

Our Methodology

Preliminary Record Verification

Every Forseti report begins with our proprietary Case Evaluation Audit, included with any report purchase. Multi-source investigation pulls vehicle history from proprietary integrations with major vehicle history and consumer protection databases, applying cross-validation algorithms to synthesize data into a preliminary risk classification.

Traffic light classification: red, yellow, and green

🔴 RED — Low Damage Impact

Exercise heightened diligence. Recommend thorough consultation with your client regarding case merits before proceeding.

🟡 YELLOW — Moderate Risk Factors

Case warrants careful review. Additional documentation may strengthen the claim.

🟢 GREEN — Structural Frame Damage

Strong DV candidate. Proceed with report — favorable indicators present.

Should you wish to assess case viability before selecting a report tier, the stand alone case evaluation audit may be purchased individually. Upon subsequent purchase of any report tier, the audit fee is rebated in full to avoid duplicate billing. Alternatively, if you purchase a report tier first, receive a Red or Yellow classification recommendation, and choose not to proceed with the full report within 30 days of receiving your classification, a credit equal to your full purchase price less the $150 audit fee will be issued to your account for use toward future Forseti services. The audit fee has already been performed and cannot be reclaimed.

Pricing transparency: À la carte audit is a $150 flat fee. Audit first + tier later = $150 rebate (audit cost is already reflected in tier pricing). Report tier first = audit included. Red or Yellow classification after a tier purchase and choice to not proceed (choice must be made within 30 days of receiving classification) = account credit equal to purchase price less the $150 audit fee already performed. Account credits (where issued) have no cash value, are non-transferable, and expire after 24 months.

Choose Your Documentation Level

Economy tier is for vehicles valued at $0–$25,000 (basic complexity). Mid tier is for vehicles valued at $25,000–$50,000. Premium tier is for vehicles valued at $50,000–$100,000. Elite tier is for vehicles valued at $100,000+. As vehicles become more expensive, case complexity increases while data availability decreases, making reports significantly more challenging to compile and defend.

Economy ($500) — Vehicles valued $0–$25,000; essential documentation for basic complexity
Mid ($600) — Vehicles valued $25,000–$50,000; expanded analysis with supporting data appendices
Premium ($750) — Vehicles valued $50,000–$100,000; comprehensive package with comparative market research
Elite ($1,150) — Vehicles valued $100,000+; full forensic audit for highest-complexity matters

Priority Queue Placement is available for an additional 50% of eligible deliverable price.

Standalone Sworn Affidavits

Standalone sworn affidavits ($250) may be purchased separately from any report tier, providing a sworn statement prepared for potential court submission.

Professional Standards & Engagement Terms

We operate under Arizona state law with binding arbitration, strict liability caps, and comprehensive indemnification protections.

Binding Arbitration Before Litigation

Any dispute arising from Forseti services shall be resolved through binding private commercial arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona. A single neutral arbitrator experienced in commercial contract law manages the proceeding, with judgment enforceable in any Arizona court. Class action lawsuits are expressly waived.

This framework keeps disputes out of public court records, protecting your client's case strategy and our proprietary valuation methodology from unnecessary discovery.

Limitation of Liability

Forseti's maximum aggregate liability for any claims arising from reports or analyses shall not exceed the exact monetary price paid for that specific engagement unit. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost legal fees, dismissed claims, or judicial liens.

Clients agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Forseti Services LLC from actions instituted by underlying litigants, opposing insurers, or third-party beneficiaries engaging the reconciliation data.
